There are two types of players (these could be your employees in the corporate world). There are the “I wish” players and the “I will” players. It is important for each player to evaluate which one he is. The coach also has to conduct his own self-evaluation.

The “I wish” player is one who just hopes things happen. He doesn’t go out and do the things necessary to make those things happen. He just lets circumstances, and maybe even fate, determine how things go for him.
