I don’t like to repeat things in my blogs but I have read a number of articles lately (as the season progresses and players are being hit by the reality of the season) and have seen many comments on the subject of roles. Often the comments come from teams that aren’t winning and from players that may be questioning roles. So allow me to hit on this subject again in a way that may help you or your players see roles in a different light.
