Order of Adjustments

One of our recent posts was about what you do as a coach when things aren’t going well on the floor. Do you sub immediately? Do you change what you are doing? Do you just yell at your team and forget to give them ways to change what is going on? What do you do?

Before I go into our priorities on adjustments, I want to encourage you to give some real thought to what you do and how you do it now that the off-season is here. As a matter of fact, don’t look at this time of year as the off-season as much as the thinking season, the evaluation season, the improvement season. It’s not time to take off; it’s time to get better!
