Pressure
When we use the word “pressure,” players usually think we’re talking about two areas — 1) defense and 2) winning. Defensive pressure is part of what players are brought up on — either to employ it or to find ways to attack it. Pressure to win is often what becomes the demise of a program or a team that year.
But there’s another form of pressure that players have to be aware of and understand if they want to be successful.
